Tennis
Widely favored by millions of people as a leisure activity, tennis is a lifetime sport Special Olympics athletes -- more than 37,000 participate worldwide -- can delight in and benefit from even when not competing in an official Special Olympics competition. Tennis is a spring sport with the skills competition and tournament taking place at Summer Games.

The tennis state competition is held at Summer Games at the University of Delaware.
Tennis Mid-season Tournament - South: Sunday, April 29, 2018, 12 noon - 4 pm at Sea Colony in Bethany Beach.
Tennis Mid-season Tournament - North: Sunday, May 6, 2018, 4 pm - 8 pm at Sanford School in Hockessin.
