Bowling is one of the movement's fastest growing sports, with every U.S. Program participating in the sport and more than 300,000 athletes competing worldwide. The bowling season in Delaware begins in October and culminates with school and community events in December.

School and Area Bowling Competitions take place in January and February at Bowlerama (New Castle), Brunswick Doverama (Dover) and Milford Bowl (Milford).
Motor Activity Training Program (MATP) demonstrations take place at various locations throughout the winter.
