Families Day at the Beach

Held on a Saturday in September at Cape Henlopen State Park in Lewes, this event is an opportunity for families to gather and enjoy a day together in a relaxed atmosphere ... that is until the annual fishing tournament begins!

After the final fish is caught and the trophies awarded, families enjoy a barbecue and then can take a ride on the Cape May-Lewes Ferry (fee required to ride ferry).
