Athlete Leadership
Encourages and supports athletes in their quest to participate in decision-making roles within the organization.

Healthy Athletes Program
Strives to improve, through better health and fitness, each athlete’s ability to train and compete in Special Olympics.

Motor Activity Training
Designed for persons with severe limitations who do not yet possess the physical and/or behavioral skills necessary to participate in official Special Olympics sports.

Summer Camp
An unforgettable three-day experience that includes swimming, fishing and crabbing, arts & crafts, canoeing and sports activities.

Young Athletes
An innovative sports play program for children ages 2 through 7, and is a series of developmentally appropriate activities designed specifically for young children and their family members.
These supplemental programs address athlete empowerment, health education and leadership opportunities - all provided with the goal of helping participating athletes improve their life skills, confidence, motivation and self-esteem.
