Welcome to the 2010 Empowerment Conference!

About the Empowerment Conference

The Special Olympics Delaware Empowerment Conference is a day of empowerment for Special Olympics athletes, ages 13 through adult, and their family members, friends, and/or caregivers. The conference offers interactive sessions for athletes which promote building self-confidence, achieving independence, and using the voice within to speak up and express choices.
